How to delete your data from FortLoop

You can remove FortLoop's access to your Facebook and Instagram assets and delete the data we hold about you at any time. FortLoop is a product of DataFactor LLC.

1. Remove the app on Facebook

Go to Facebook, then Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find FortLoop and click Remove. If you shared assets through Business Manager, go to Business Settings, Partners, select FortLoop and remove it.

2. Request deletion

Email privacy@fortloop.com from the address on your FortLoop account with the subject "Data deletion request", or use Settings, then Delete account, inside the FortLoop platform.

3. What happens next

We delete your access tokens immediately and all your Meta platform data and account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons, such as invoices. We confirm by email when deletion is complete.
